As expected, Liverpool crushed Norwich City 4-1 in the opening match of the new Premier League campaign, with Mohamed Salah opening his goal-scoring account. The Reds are determined to put an end to Man City’s dominance in the English top flight and we are positive that they are going to stick to their attacking style of play against the Saints.

Considering that Senegal ace Sadio Mane is likely to be recalled to the starting line-up, we believe that there is a big value in betting on Jurgen Klopp’s troops.

Southampton experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 3-0 loss to Burnley and seeing that the Reds were scoring goals for fun in their opener, we do not believe that the hosts are capable of claiming a major scalp on Matchday 2.
