Updated: Jul 30, 2019

Date : 31 JULY 2019

Time : 02:30 AM

Match : Ross County vs Montrose

Prediction : 0:0

There will be fireworks when Olympiakos and Viktoria Plzen face each other at Stadio Georgios Karaiskaki in the Champions League second qualifying round, return leg. The two teams played out a goalless draw at Doosan Arena, with both sides missing several clear-cut opportunities to score in the first leg. Olympiakos and Viktoria Plzen seem to be evenly matched ahead of Tuesday’s football game and we predict that they are going to play yet another draw in the Champions League second qualifying round.

Summer signing Mathieu Valbuena produced a fine performance in the first leg and, no doubt, all eyes will be on the former Fenerbahce midfielder when the two teams face each other in Piraeus. Speaking of the away team, Olympiakos defenders should have Congo DR midfielder Joel Ngandu Kaymba at bay. Anyhow, we predict that the winner will be decided after extra-time.

HIGHLIGHTED PLAYER (EL ARABI HILLEL SOUDANI):

The 28-year-old Algeria international forward El Arabi Hillel Soudani has been with Dinamo Zagreb since 2013. He began his professional career at ASO Chief and has also represented Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes. Algeria's seventh-highest goalscorer in history, Soudani featured in 2013 and 2015 editions of the Africa Cup of Nations, as well as the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Soon after his arrival to Croatia, El Arani Hillal Soudani became one of the most valuable members of the first-team. The 28-year-old striker scored some of the highly important goals for the club, one of which was his Champions League playoff goal during extra time of the match with RB Salzburg in August 2016.

The Algeria international scored a winning goal for his side in a 2-1 triumph which was enough to secure a Champions League group stage participation for the Croatian giants, their fourth since 2010.

HIGHLIGHTED TEAM (VIKTORIA PLZEN):

Despite being founded in 1911, Viktoria Plzen only won their first Czech First League trophy in 2011, with the team finishing the season just one point clear of Sparta Prague. The Viktorka continued to play an important role in Czech football and five years later they clinched their fourth domestic trophy.

Plzen impressed in the 2015/2016 Czech First League, finishing the season seven points above second-placed Sparta Prague. In the 2009/2010 season the team won their first ever Czech Cup trophy, beating Jablonec in the title game. The Viktorka participated in the 2013/2014 Champions League group stages, but they failed to record a good result in the elite competition, picking up just three from possible 18 points in Group D. Doosan.

Arena is the home ground of Viktoria Plzen and the capacity of the stadium is 11 700. The venue was opened in 1955 and it was renovated twice (2003 and 2011). The likes of Miroslav Koubek, Pavel Vrba, Michal Bilek, Zdenek Michalek, Jaroslav Dockal, Milan Sip and Antonin Dvorak are some of the notable footballers who player for the club in the past.
